Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast reporter. She is most well-known for anchoring the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is an American journalist on the broadcast. Her previous roles included co-host for the CNN morning programs on weekdays, New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a key part of CNN's award-winning coverage for the 2012 presidential election as well as 2016. Bolduan has also been a congressional correspondent based in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. In her time as a member of Capitol Hill Unit Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported on the legislative cycle and other congressional activities, including discussions to raise the federal debt limit and super committee deliberations. She has also served as a general assignment correspondent covering events like that of the Christmas Day bombing attempt the landmark Supreme Court decision on Obamacare and the implementation of the stimulus program of the government in 2009.
